The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Director to lead growth across key accounts in the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing senior customer relationships, driving new business, and protecting and growing existing enterprise accounts.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, delivering innovative value propositions, and leading cross-functional teams to accelerate business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Lead business development across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and winning new opportunities

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business

  • Own retention and renewal strategies, maximising customer lifetime value

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders

  • Understand customer business goals and design tailored, value-based solutions

  • Position Abbott as a trusted strategic partner

Commercial Excellence

  • Develop and execute account plans and sales forecasts

  • Deliver profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets

  • Adapt and align value propositions to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coach high-performing teams (Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Technical Specialists)

  • Foster collaboration across functions to deliver integrated solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
