••••••••••••••••• is a leading independent mobile games company hiring a Producer. The role is hybrid (Barcelona) with willingness to work onsite in London, Barcelona or Warsaw.
Role overview: Lead a cross-functional team across multiple initiatives, guide projects from prototyping to soft launches and Live Ops, manage ceremonies and processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Key responsibilities:
- Own timelines for games/features from design to release and dive into technical discussions as needed.
- Balance product quality with business needs using strong game sense.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of ~30 (Dev, Art, QA) across multiple tracks, maintaining live games and developing new prototypes.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and resolve blockers.
- Manage dependencies with external departments (UA, Data, Central Tech) and integrate their requirements into the roadmap.
- Maintain roadmaps and report progress to stakeholders with clear visual reporting.
- Identify and mitigate production risks and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with Product to organize the backlog and distribute tasks effectively.
- Foster a productive culture, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and maintain team morale.
Requirements:
- Proven production/delivery experience in the games industry (mobile preferred).
- Experience organizing and coordinating large teams (30+) through full development cycles, from prototype to Live Ops.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to tailor processes to team needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-department coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and task-tracking suites.
- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions.
