Riot Games Singapore Studio is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead a team of 5 QA professionals for League of Legends. The role develops and drives quality activities across the software development lifecycle and coordinates QA support across remote teams.
Responsibilities:
- Shape QA strategy for League of Legends and influence development quality across the game
- Deliver a comprehensive quality strategy across the team
- Be responsible for results and delivery quality of QA professionals
- Directly manage QA professionals and guide their day-to-day work
- Partner across disciplines to influence testing practices, quality decisions, and player experience outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within game development environments (supported & shipped games)
- 2+ years leading QA teams within game development including direct people management and HR responsibility
- Experience leading embedded QA professionals as part of cross-functional development teams
- Experience creating and driving test strategies for live games, game features, or live service environments
- Experience managing and aligning with HQ stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Experience with game development pipelines and workflows (art pipeline experience preferred)
- Experience setting strategic goals and establishing/tracking quality metrics
Desired qualifications:
- Familiarity with League of Legends, its champions, players and community
- I/ASTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification
