Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Experience leading & scaling engineering organizations of 40+ in size
- Proven success driving execution through your managers
- Passion for leading, coaching and building an inspired team
- Business acumen paired with an understanding of applying the unique leverage of platform principles
