Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive international client acquisition across the International markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business opportunities for IT services including Data Science, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and securing projects from international markets through different online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, email marketing, cold calling, and networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project pitches.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in international business meetings, online conferences, and exhibitions if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT business development or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in international client hunting and project acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or PeoplePerHour.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing international client portfolio will be a plus.
  • Experience working with global startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of AI solutions, SaaS products, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
