What You'll Do

We're scaling our paid acquisition and looking for a part-time Google Ads Manager to own our search and performance campaigns end-to-end. This is a focused, results-driven role - you’ll have a clear channel, a real budget, and full ownership of outcomes. Expected commitment: ~40 hours per week.

As part of our Marketing team, you will:

Own and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube

Build and optimize campaigns from scratch - keywords, ad copy, bidding strategy, audience targeting

Analyze performance data and translate it into decisions: scaling what works, cutting what doesn't

Set up and maintain proper conversion tracking, UTM structure, and attribution

Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-converting ad assets

Report weekly on key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates by funnel stage

Identify new growth opportunities — competitor keywords, new markets, seasonal campaigns

We're looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search and Performance Max required, YouTube is a plus)

Knows how to read data and make decisions - comfortable with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar

Understands full-funnel performance marketing: from click to paid user

Has experience with SaaS or subscription products (nice to have)

Speaks English fluently; Spanish is a strong plus for LATAM campaigns

Can commit to ~40 hours per week on a consistent schedule

What we offer:

Full ownership of a high-budget channel with real impact on company growth

Competitive part-time compensation based on experience

Remote work with fully flexible schedule
