As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and grow with us.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.
You'll work closely with our team to understand each client's business goals and translate them into high-performing digital campaigns that generate measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in paid advertising who is eager to continue learning and developing their career.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max & Display)
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and AI technologies
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
- Native-level Greek
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with:
- CRM platforms
- Email Marketing Automation
- Google Analytics 4
- Looker Studio
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
No experience with CRM systems or marketing automation? No problem—we'll provide full training.
