We're looking for an Outbound SDR to own the top of the funnel for a fast-growing Australian cybersecurity company targeting $500,000 ARR across Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Proven ability to cold call and engage senior decision-makers in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Structured communicator who can clearly position value without jargon or over-explaining
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Aircall, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Precise qualifier who understands ICP criteria and does not book outside of it
  • Resilient under high-volume outbound activity with consistent daily output
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-managed with reliable follow-through on CRM hygiene and weekly reporting
  • Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand business culture is a strong advantage
