paytech is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to join the Integrations team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role bridges clients, providers and the development team to ensure high-quality integrations of third-party payment providers.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Dev, Account Managers, Product, Support) and external PSPs to gather, analyze and document integration requirements
- Analyze client requests and provider API documentation to define clear, technically feasible requirements
- Communicate with clients and providers via comments, chat and occasional calls to clarify requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between partner APIs and paytech’s platform capabilities
- Prepare integration documentation, flow diagrams and interface definitions
- Support developers during implementation by clarifying logic, edge cases and integration details
- Facilitate resolution of technical questions between developers and providers/clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal BA processes and knowledge bases
Requirements:
- 3+ years in business, system or product analysis, preferably in payment systems, PSP integrations or fintech platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts; practical experience working with development teams
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman or similar
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments is a plus
