We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus office. In this role you will manage the company’s financial ecosystem and ensure a seamless payment experience for users and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for payment partners and maintain relationships with providers and gateways
- Monitor daily payment processing, handle reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Manage payment gateways and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction speed and efficiency; develop and optimize internal payment workflows
- Collaborate with IT teams on automation initiatives and system upgrades
- Track KPIs, analyze payment performance metrics and prepare reports on volumes, success rates and error trends
- Resolve payment-related inquiries and support improvements to the customer payment journey
Requirements:
- Experience in payment operations, fintech or financial services is an advantage
- Experience working with payment gateways and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Mandatory: Russian and English
