We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead successful enterprise deployments of our agentic AI automation platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically fluent, customer-facing, and comfortable operating in high-ambiguity enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex enterprise software implementations, technical delivery programs, customer deployments, or professional services engagements.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data workflows, SaaS platforms, AI/ML products, or enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into structured implementation plans.
- High ownership, excellent judgment, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to earn trust with both customers and internal engineering/product teams.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation, or solutions engineering.
