Klim is hiring a Senior Certification Specialist to own the validation and verification of our Agricultural Land Management (ALM) projects end to end, making sure every credit we issue stands up to the most rigorous international standards. This is a senior individual contributor role, sitting at the intersection of technical accuracy and operational impact, and reporting into Klim's Certification Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in environmental science, agronomy, climate policy, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in GHG project certification, carbon credit validation/verification, or climate-related auditing
- Strong working knowledge of international carbon standards and methodologies
- Experience writing or reviewing PDDs and monitoring reports
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication in English. German is a plus
- Genuinely interested in regenerative agriculture, soil carbon, and climate action
