We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing fintech and payments company. Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant acquisition and expand business across European markets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Technical teams to ensure smooth integrations
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSPs, banking, crypto, iGaming, forex, or other high-risk sectors is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Existing network of merchants, affiliates, or industry contacts is an advantage
