We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing fintech and payments company. Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchant acquisition and expand business across European markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners
  • Work closely with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Technical teams to ensure smooth integrations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSPs, banking, crypto, iGaming, forex, or other high-risk sectors is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Existing network of merchants, affiliates, or industry contacts is an advantage
