paytech is a fast-growing fintech company transforming the way online payments work. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position
- Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions
- Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry, with understanding of payment gateway / payment institution structures (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proven experience as an active sales professional or business development manager
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to find balanced solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to present to C-suite
- High level of self-organization and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Willingness to attend events and network with prospective partners
