Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect (Salesforce + eCommerce) to own end-to-end architecture across CRM/CX and Digital channels (eCommerce & Portals), with Salesforce as a core platform. The role ensures scalable, integrated and product-aligned architecture across the customer-facing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end CX architecture across CRM (Salesforce) and Digital channels (eCommerce, portals)
- Map business capabilities such as sales planning, pricing and customer data to platforms
- Design omnichannel customer journeys and supporting architecture
- Define integrations across CRM, eCommerce, Order Management and Pricing & analytics layers
- Support fit-gap assessment vs current systems
- Contribute to product taxonomy definition (global vs regional products)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architect on integration patterns (API-led, event-driven) and target architecture blueprint
- Ensure scalability across regions and markets
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Solution Architect
- Expertise in Salesforce (Sales / Service Cloud)
- Background in eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce, Adobe, commercetools, etc.)
- Knowledge of omnichannel / CX ecosystems
- Proficiency in enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware)
- Capability to design scalable cross-platform architectures
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with composable / headless architecture
- Exposure to global template rollouts
- Understanding of customer journeys & UX design principles
- Background in pricing, loyalty or customer data domains
