As a senior member of the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE), you will lead the design, build, and maturation of Talent Acquisition operations across the APAC region. This role is not a recruitment delivery position. It is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on standing up TA capabilities, enabling regional and country teams, and ensuring they operate as credible, strategic partners to the business.
