Hattori is growing player acquisition and is hiring a Head of Promoters to manage the promoter team and scale it into a department.
Responsibilities:
- find and build a team of Brand Promoters
- manage promoters, oversee their work and KPIs
- keep spreadsheets and reports
- own the workflow and organization
- help the team hit player acquisition goals

Conditions: Full-time, remote, flexible schedule, ~8 hours a day. Payouts twice a month.
Compensation: from $400 to $2000/month. Income consists of fixed base, KPI bonuses for your promoter team's results and income from the referral system.
