Mayflower (FunTech, Limassol) is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Machine Learning team working on advanced ML models for the product.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders; translate into epics/features, user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules and edge cases; use modeling (flows, state/decision logic, process models) where helpful.
  • Maintain requirements throughout delivery, manage changes, document decisions and assumptions.
  • Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering; align Product, Design, QA and Tech on scope, risks, dependencies and constraints.
  • Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios and acceptance criteria, collaborating with QA, and participating in validation of shipped features.
  • Use AI/LLM tools to assist analysis tasks while verifying correctness and maintaining accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in product development, working with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Data literacy: understanding of data pipelines, data sources, availability and quality.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules and produce clear, testable requirements.
  • Excellent structured writing and documentation skills.
  • Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work.
  • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills; English B2+ (documentation and discussions in English).

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to ML concepts (model lifecycle, training vs inference, evaluation metrics).
  • Experience with distributed data processing or large-scale ML systems.
