As the Director of MRO and PD Services, you will be responsible for growing the company's Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Product Development (PD) Services portfolio, driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology environments
- Proven success in growing service-based revenue and leading P&L responsibility
- Deep understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
