The APAC Product Marketing Project Intern (SMB) role involves leading go-to-market strategies for TikTok Ads products across agencies and advertisers, conducting market research, and identifying product opportunities. The intern will assist in planning and executing scaled growth programs, consolidate and analyze product performance data, and support agency engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Support the APAC & METAP Product Marketing team in driving go-to-market strategies for TikTok Ads products across agencies and advertisers.
  • Assist in planning and executing scaled growth programs, including product education initiatives, activation campaigns, incentive programs, and agency engagement activities.
  • Conduct market, competitor, advertiser, and agency research to identify product opportunities, adoption barriers, and emerging industry trends.
  • Help consolidate and analyze product performance data, adoption trends, and market feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support agency engagement initiatives such as interviews, surveys, workshops, roundtables, and feedback collection programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, tooling, AI applications, dashboards, or workflow optimization.
  • Take ownership of a specific product area, workflow, or strategic initiative over time, including driving recommendations, tracking progress, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
