Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP/JDE security roles and authorizations
- Manage user administration (create, modify, lock, delete users)
- Provide and revoke system access based on approval workflows
- Troubleshoot authorization and security issues
- Support SAP S/4HANA, JDE E1, and related systems
- Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (UAR) and SoD controls
- Support internal/external audits and maintain security documentation
- Ensure compliance with company security policies
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define secure access solutions
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in IT
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP/JDE security and authorization concepts
- Experience with user administration and access management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with end users and cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; Intermediate English
- Understanding of compliance, audit, and SoD principles
