Junior UI/UX Designer (Figma): creating and improving user interfaces for digital platforms and web applications with an accent on wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Focus on enhancing global learning experiences for students through user-centered design and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for company websites and digital platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design journeys.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
  • Identify user pain points and recommend improvements to enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintain consistency across interaction patterns and shared design systems.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, personal, or professional).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, UI/UX Design, HCI, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
