CrazyLabs is hiring an AI-native Motion Designer / Animator to join the Marketing Video Team. Remote-global position focused on using AI video pipelines as the primary toolkit to produce high-performing marketing videos for mobile games.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, generate, and ship marketing videos using AI video pipelines.
  • Drive end-to-end creative workflows in Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video and similar tools: prompt engineering, model selection, iteration, and refinement.
  • Combine AI-generated footage with motion design polish in After Effects and Premiere to deliver final branded assets.
  • Partner with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to translate concepts into AI-driven video at scale.
  • Run rapid test-and-learn cycles: generate variants, evaluate results, and iterate.
  • Evaluate new AI video models, research competitors, and share findings to influence ad development.

Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video, or similar).
  • Portfolio/showreel demonstrating polished, on-brand video work produced with AI pipelines.
  • Strong prompt craft and ability to steer generative models toward a creative vision.
  • 3+ years in motion design/animation.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop) for finishing and elevating AI-generated content.
  • Fluent in editing, compositing, and integrating AI footage with 2D/3D assets and original motion design; fast, iterative mindset; team-oriented under deadlines.

Bonus:

  • Experience building or contributing to AI video workflows used by teams.
  • Experimentation with AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno) or LLM-driven scripting.
  • Experience with Unity and passion for mobile games and game culture.
