Job description

AI Scout by Mellow is looking for a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills and hands-on Figma experience for HR Tech products.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus. Format: Part-time, up to 4 hours/day.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and design product layouts in Figma
Create smooth, user-friendly UX/UI based on Customer Journey Maps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using a product-first approach
Maintain and contribute to the design system
Communicate effectively in English within the required time zone

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product design
Strong proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and CJM
English proficiency
Ability to work up to 4 hours/day within UTC+1 to UTC+3
HR Tech experience is a plus

Conditions: Part-time role focused on creating clean, product-first layouts and improving user journeys. Rate: Negotiable.
