ChowNow is seeking a Director, Account Management to lead their post-sale revenue engine, overseeing renewal and retention across their restaurant base, and driving expansion through cross-sell and upsell.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sale revenue, with 4+ years leading teams
  • Proven ownership of NRR and GRR in a SaaS or subscription business
  • Experience running renewal motions across multiple contract types
  • Strong forecasting discipline
  • Data-fluency expertise in retention metrics
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Billing
  • Excellent executive presence
