We are looking for a Financial Manager to act as a key liaison between external accounting, finance, and product teams, providing operational financial support for IT products and participating in budgeting and management reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage financial requests in Jira and internal systems
- Monitor balances and provider/operator limits
- Track incoming and outgoing payments
- Support payment processes and reconciliations
- Ensure correct handling of invoices, acts, and financial documents
- Prepare materials for month-end closing
- Collect and consolidate monthly budgets
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain internal financial documentation and guidelines in Confluence
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
- Experience in IT/product companies is a plus
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Jira and basic knowledge of 1C or similar accounting systems
- English B1–B2
- Understanding of financial processes in a product IT company
Nice to have:
- Experience preparing basic P&L and Cash Flow statements
