Job Summary: The Global Director - Key Account Management - Industrial will lead the global strategy, design & development of the Power Management sub-vertical, utilizing DP World's capabilities to deliver solutions for Power Management BCO's and Tier 1 suppliers. The role will identify selected global customers and expand the sub-vertical to demonstrate DP World's unique value proposition. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the customer vertical strategy, industry intelligence & market analysis, strategic solution development, cross-functional collaboration, investment planning, and performance analytics & optimisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- Professional certifications in supply chain management (APICS, CILTUK, or equivalent) advantageous
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management
- 5+ years in designing and implementing solutions in key geographies; Europe, India, Americas, Middle East etc
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Proven experience in thought leadership, incl. conference speaking, content creation, and industry engagement
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience with emerging technologies incl. AI, automation, and advanced analytics in supply chain applications to demonstrate best in class for Power Management customers.
