As Head of IB, you’ll own and drive performance across Thailand, developing tailored strategies to accelerate growth. You’ll mentor Business Development Managers, strengthen partnerships, and collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence and market expansion.

🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive IB performance and growth in Thailand, achieving revenue, volume, and expansion targets

  • Develop and execute strategic action plans tailored to the Thai market

  • Identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and deliver measurable growth outcomes

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Business Development Managers to achieve targets

  • Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance tracking and corrective actions

  • Build strategies to acquire new partners while strengthening existing relationships

  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams

  • Analyse partner performance, market trends, and operational data for optimisation

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximise contribution

  • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve performance

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development and IB management within Forex/Fintech, including 2–3 years in leadership

  • Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication skills in strategic/commercial contexts

  • Proven leadership and people-management experience

  • Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-engagement skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for analysis and reporting

  • Solid understanding of financial markets (forex, crypto, or related trading sectors)

  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and active-listening abilities
