Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to oversee large-scale cloud programs and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. In this role, you will combine a strong technical background with executive-level communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Set up effective governance frameworks for interconnected initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Oversee scope, budget and schedules while identifying and addressing program risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers and senior executives, to align objectives and manage expectations
  • Align program outcomes with measurable business objectives such as ROI and TCO
  • Prioritize long-term strategic customer goals in addition to meeting immediate delivery timelines
  • Facilitate technical discussions and identify dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development domains
  • Foster trust and credibility with engineering teams through informed collaboration
  • Lead programs from inception to completion according to customer priorities

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in software development
  • Competency in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies spanning infrastructure, data and development
  • Capability to manage program governance, risk mitigation and financial oversight
  • Understanding of program execution’s connection to business value metrics such as ROI and TCO
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2+/C1)
