Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to oversee large-scale cloud programs and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. In this role, you will combine a strong technical background with executive-level communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Set up effective governance frameworks for interconnected initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Oversee scope, budget and schedules while identifying and addressing program risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers and senior executives, to align objectives and manage expectations
- Align program outcomes with measurable business objectives such as ROI and TCO
- Prioritize long-term strategic customer goals in addition to meeting immediate delivery timelines
- Facilitate technical discussions and identify dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development domains
- Foster trust and credibility with engineering teams through informed collaboration
- Lead programs from inception to completion according to customer priorities
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software development
- Competency in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of cloud technologies spanning infrastructure, data and development
- Capability to manage program governance, risk mitigation and financial oversight
- Understanding of program execution’s connection to business value metrics such as ROI and TCO
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2+/C1)
