We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, drive SDLC processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, DevOps/SRE, and business stakeholders.

This role is focused on building efficient delivery processes, improving team collaboration, managing priorities and risks, and supporting teams in delivering high-quality results. We are looking for someone with strong communication and facilitation skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing SDLC processes: implementing development processes, facilitating meetings, and removing blockers and obstacles affecting team efficiency.
  • Coordinating the work of DevOps/SRE engineers and cross-functional development and business teams, identifying dependencies, and managing priorities and risks.
  • Team development: conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings, performance evaluations, annual performance reviews, and creating individual development plans.
  • Project and initiative management: defining delivery plans for features and IT initiatives, monitoring timelines, progress, and outcomes.
  • Maintaining processes and documentation: escalation procedures, high-level runbooks, SLA/SLO management at the organizational level.
  • Conflict resolution and team dynamics improvement: facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Metrics and reporting: defining and tracking KPIs for teams and processes, preparing regular reports for management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing teams in a structured way: task distribution, workload management, and competency development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to adapt and combine frameworks and approaches based on business needs.
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Experience driving change management and implementing new processes.
  • Experience with task tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with DevOps/SRE teams or understanding of their role within an organization.
  • Understanding of service reliability and support principles from a cross-team collaboration perspective.​​​​​​​
