Head of Sales based in Limassol, Cyprus. Office-based, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Sales team; set KPIs, manage performance, and improve sales processes.
- Build scalable outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies; mentor team members and participate in complex negotiations.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events; build relationships with operators, platforms, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth directions; personally lead high-level negotiations and strategic deals.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate market and client feedback into commercial opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, iGaming, MarTech, or related digital industries.
- Experience managing Sales teams; strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Experience building outbound sales and partnership channels and working with international clients and markets.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher; strong CRM and analytics skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, AmoCRM, etc.).
