Role Overview

Babylist is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a set of cross-product engineering teams responsible for foundational systems that impact every customer experience across the product. This role exists at a pivotal moment, as Babylist continues to grow and needs a leader who can bring clarity to ambiguous problems, align stakeholders across the business, and help teams make smart investments in the shared capabilities that power multiple products.

What You Will Do

You'll oversee the Account Foundations team, Frontend Platform team, and a Special Projects team focused on solving high-impact challenges that don't fit neatly into a single product area. You'll lead a team of engineers, partner closely with Product, Design, and Executive Leadership, and help shape both the technical direction and operating model for some of Babylist's most strategically important work.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role offers a rare combination of strategic influence and hands-on organizational leadership. You'll help decide what gets built and how teams work together to build it. You'll step into a space with meaningful ambiguity and high visibility, where your ability to create clarity and momentum will directly shape company outcomes.
