Overview

We are building data governance and data quality frameworks to strengthen data integrity and security across the client ecosystem. As a Data Governance Consultant, you will shape policies, best practices, and shared definitions with data owners, IT, and data stewards. Join us and apply to help raise data governance maturity

Responsibilities

  • Advise data owners, IT teams, data stewards and other key data governance stakeholders on establishing and sustaining data quality, integrity and security across the ecosystem
  • Partner with the team to define data governance policies and implement best practices
  • Align business and technical definitions across stakeholders to ensure consistent meaning and usage
  • Support IT in setting up physical or logical control of data assets, guided by the Data Architect
  • Oversee day-to-day technical metadata management, including source, credentials, location, mapping, schemas and attributes
  • Recommend improvements that increase data governance maturity within the organization

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in data governance or a related consulting role
  • Deep understanding of Data Governance, Data Analysis and Reference and Master Data Management
  • Solid knowledge of DAMA framework
  • Hands-on familiarity with DAMA
  • Strong capability to define and embed data quality, integrity and security practices
  • Working knowledge of technical metadata management, including schemas, mappings and attributes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including data owners, IT and data stewards
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
