About the team
Delivery Platform is the team that gets Salmon Bank's products into customers' hands — literally. We own the end-to-end delivery of bank cards, checkbooks, and documents across the Philippines: the infrastructure, the processes, the courier operations, and the experience of that last mile.
We launched in May. We're delivering our first orders right now. Everything we build, we build from scratch — and we're building fast.
This is a 0→1 team at full speed. If you want to join something at the moment it takes off, this is it.
About the role
This role is the analytical backbone of the Delivery Platform team. As we scale operations and launch new capabilities, we need someone who turns the complexity of delivery — courier flows, SLA logic, exception handling, compliance requirements — into clear, structured, actionable product specifications.
You'll sit at the intersection of operations and product: talking to couriers and ops managers, understanding what's broken or missing, and translating that into requirements the tech team can actually build from. You won't inherit processes — you'll create them.
Key Responsibilities
Map and document end-to-end delivery processes (last-mile, card/document delivery, courier management, exception flows)
Translate operational and business requirements into structured product specifications: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria
Work closely with product managers, tech leads, and operations to ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and implementable
Maintain and update process documentation as the platform evolves
Support UAT: prepare test cases, validate that built features match defined requirements
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose structured improvements
Assist in regulatory and compliance documentation where delivery operations intersect with BSP requirements
Requirements and expectations
3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or logistics/delivery operations
Strong process modeling skills: BPMN, flowcharts, use cases — must be able to produce clean, usable documentation
Experience working in product/tech delivery environments (Agile/Scrum)
Ability to work with ambiguity: translate vague operational realities into structured specs
Strong communication skills — able to interview stakeholders, extract requirements, and push back when something is unclear
English proficiency (working level — documentation, stakeholder communication)
Bonus: experience in card/banking product delivery, courier/logistics operations, or BSP-regulated environment
