The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to contact small businesses and schedule appointments with key decision makers.

This role requires high-volume cold calling from a provided list, along with consistent follow-up to nurture potential opportunities.

The BDR will be responsible for setting both face-to-face and phone appointments, depending on the prospect’s needs.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to create meaningful engagement with prospects.

Expectations:

Performance expectations are a minimum of one qualified in-person appointment per day or two qualified phone appointments per day.
