What you’ll do
- Support customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Help with deposits, withdrawals, transaction statuses, and verification
- Investigate payment issues and troubleshoot platform problems
- Monitor transactions and escalate technical or risk-related cases
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English (Native or near-native)
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Jira or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment (well rotated and balanced + you can earn more by working on weekends or overtime - it's always paid!)
