Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX and product design across web and mobile platforms
  • Design complex B2C and B2B2C digital products with multi-role and multi-state systems
  • Translate product strategy, business requirements, and operational constraints into scalable UX solutions
  • Design user journeys, flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Work on system-level UX and interaction logic — not only visual UI
  • Participate in product discovery together with Product and Engineering teams
  • Help structure ambiguous product problems into clear and scalable experiences
  • Identify UX gaps, scalability risks, inconsistencies, and edge cases before development
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI standards
  • Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user roles
  • Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Participate in grooming, reviews, planning sessions, and design handoffs
  • Work with developers during implementation to ensure UX quality and consistency
  • Contribute to product documentation including flows, states, logic, and UX specifications
  • Take ownership of complete product modules and experiences
  • Help improve internal design operations, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Mentor junior and middle designers where needed
  • Potentially evolve into Head of Design role while remaining hands-on in product execution
  • Contribute to building a mature product and design culture inside the company

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Product Design, or related field is a plus but not required
  • Strong portfolio and real product experience are valued more than formal education
  • Additional certifications or courses in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Design Systems are considered a plus

Work Experience:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design within tech or product companies
  • Proven experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or ecosystems
  • Strong experience with both web and mobile product design
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
  • Experience designing multi-role systems, operational tools, or complex workflows
  • Experience building or scaling design systems and reusable component libraries
  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
  • Experience handling ambiguity and transforming unclear requirements into structured UX solutions
  • Experience participating in discovery, product thinking, and system design discussions
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, FinTech, ERP/CRM, marketplaces, or AI-driven products is a strong advantage

Candidate’s Assessment:

Interview 1 – Introduction, Behavioral & Fundamentals Assessment:

Interview 2 – Portfolio & Case Review:
Deep review of real product cases and Figma files to assess UX thinking, design systems, scalability, file organization, interaction design, and real-world product execution.

Interview 3 – Whiteboard Challenge & In-Depth Q&A:
Live problem-solving session focused on UX architecture, systems thinking, edge cases, product reasoning, and collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Interview 4 – Practical Test Assignment:
Take-home assignment (2–3 days) to evaluate execution quality, UX/UI skills, product thinking, scalability, and ability to work within realistic constraints.

Final Stage – Offer & Alignment Discussion:
Discussion of expectations, responsibilities, collaboration model, growth opportunities, compensation, and long-term alignment.
