Looking for a Frontend Tech Lead.

Key requirements (critical):

  • Experience working in product companies B2C — 6+ years
  • Technical leadership — 2+ years
  • Developing at least one product — 3+ years
  • Experience with frontend infrastructure: shared libraries, webpack/vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright
  • React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP, deep knowledge of JS/TS
  • Performance: Core Web Vitals, optimizing long tasks
  • A/B testing
  • English B2 for communication within the product team (international company)
  • Must be located outside Russia and Belarus or be ready to relocate
