MAK-SYSTEM, a company that develops software to manage blood, plasma, tissues and cells, is hiring an Inside Sales Executive based in Skopje.
Role & reporting: Reporting to the Global Commercial Director. Responsible for generating new business with existing customers using upselling and cross-selling, generating and closing small/professional services sales globally, and managing opportunities for Spanish and French hospitals.
Key responsibilities:
- Own relationships and sales opportunities across France & Spain small hospital category; develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet sales targets.
- Identify Professional Services sales opportunities via SDMs and PMs and execute quarterly plans for PFS.
- Manage renewals and maintenance contracts; handle customer renewal processes for assigned customers/regions.
- Generate and qualify leads through internal networks; maintain accurate data in SalesForce for pipeline management.
- Prepare quotes and liaise with PFS Managers; provide invoice information to Finance and follow up on payments.
- Support bid and tender processes for new logos and large renewals; contribute to marketing and social media initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, IT or Biological Sciences.
- Experience in hospital medical device/pharma sales OR IT healthcare sales; experience selling blood centre, transfusion or therapeutics software is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse customer and market trends; proactive, motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM and compliance with data protection and information security practices.
