Acumatica is a US based cloud ERP product company. We have a strong R&D team in Serbia and offer flexibility, growth and the opportunity to work on a global product. Relocation to Serbia with full support; remote work from Serbia is possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, UX and analysts (~10 people).
  • Own delivery of product features end to end, from discovery to release.
  • Partner with Product Management on roadmap and backlog.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
  • Drive engineering excellence, SDLC processes and best practices.
  • Ensure product quality, reliability and performance.
  • Communicate progress, risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Support hiring, mentoring and team growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with C# and .NET.
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience delivering SaaS products.
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Good English for communication with international teams.
  • Ability to work with and improve large existing codebases.

Bonus:
