We are looking for a Technical Services Developer to join our fast-growing team at 360Learning, offering customized technical solutions for our clients, particularly in the Enterprise segment. The role involves developing new solutions and maintaining existing ones, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or integrations
- Experience with at least one backend language (Node.js, Ruby, or Python preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows
- Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions
- Experience working with SQL databases or DataWarehouses (Snowflake is a plus)
- Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated
- Interest in full stack development, Git workflows and CI/CD practices
- Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to synthesise
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Fluent English (US/UK), French speaking is a plus
- Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus
