SideShift.ai is hiring a BD Sales Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales pipeline: identify, contact, and close new integrations across wallets, DeFi, infrastructure providers and more.
- Drive sales in-person: attend conferences around the world to build relationships and find new partners.
- Focus on selling: spend the bulk of time reaching out to prospective leads and opening doors to new business.
- Work with the team: coordinate with devrel for warmer leads and integrations team for technical support during integrations.
- Identify opportunities: explore new verticals and unlock untapped volume.
Requirements:
- Proven seller with a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the crypto space.
- High agency and drive; ability to take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Extremely persistent and proactive in follow-ups.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Industry knowledge of the crypto landscape and ideas for growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to build a network in the crypto space.
Conditions: Remote role; travel to global conferences expected. Salary: $40k - $60k.
