Tango is hiring a Lead Product Analyst.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive product analytics for a large-scale creator economy with millions of users.
  • Analyze retention, acquisition, and user behavior across mobile & web platforms.
  • Build and evolve data models and domains, going beyond dashboards.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests, propose experiments, and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Work directly with product leadership to shape product changes.

Tech stack: BigQuery, Looker (LookML), Airflow, GCP, Vertex AI

Requirements:

  • 4+ years as a Product/Data Analyst (consumer products).
  • Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, large-scale data handling).
  • Hands-on experience with Looker / LookML.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, statistics, and experimentation.
  • Strong product sense and ability to influence decisions.
  • English — B2+.
