We are seeking a Lowcode Developer to join our Referral Program team. As the volume of tasks and initiatives increases, the current team’s capacity is no longer sufficient to support all priorities.

Key Referral Team Initiatives:

  • Migration to PWA for promoters to provide an app-like experience with accelerated iteration cycles

  • Migration of the referrals portal into the Agent App

  • Refactoring merchant billing integrations to ensure more reliable payouts

  • Development of a new Store Managers portal to evolve referrals into an MLM model (MVP already validated in the field)

  • Managing a growing backlog of product and automation tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Automate and optimize business processes using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n and Retool

  • Develop and enhance internal admin interfaces, primarily in Retool or similar platforms

  • Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

  • Draft complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis

  • Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n to improve operational efficiency

  • Create specialized internal tools and dashboards for business teams

  • Collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders to understand processes and requirements

  • Apply analytical thinking to address complex operational and product challenges

Requirements and expectations

  • Experience with n8n, Retool, Bubble, or similar platforms (or willingness to complete a test task)

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

  • Intermediate JavaScript skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken)
