Join EPAM in a strategic leadership role as a Director of Project Management to lead digital, data and AI initiatives. With your expertise, you will drive AI adoption, manage global teams and deliver impactful solutions that align with client goals and generate measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital, data, and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Drive AI and GenAI adoption from use-case identification to production deployment
  • Lead cross-functional teams through research, minimum viable product (MVP) and scaling phases
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, product and technology domains
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and roadmaps
  • Partner with account managers on request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ) responses to shape scope and delivery approaches
  • Monitor delivery health using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support practice development

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex digital projects with technical understanding of product engineering
  • Hands-on experience delivering artificial intelligence, machine learning or generative AI-powered products
  • Strong command of agile methodologies and modern delivery tools
  • Proven track record leading global, multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or technology environments
  • Client-focused mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
  • Product-oriented approach, prioritizing value, user impact, and iterative delivery
  • Experience in proposals, scoping and pre-sales activities
  • Curiosity and informed perspective on AI value creation
