We’re looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years in IT sales, who speaks business-fluent German and English (C1) and has experience in custom dev / outsourcing deals.
What you'll do:
- Lead pre-sale: gather requirements, draft MVP designs, prepare and pitch proposals to DACH clients.
- Manage full-cycle development: Jira setup, decomposition, resource planning, and delivery.
- Drive up-sale by proactively offering valuable features.
- Use AI daily (Claude is prioritized) to automate communication, generate specs, prepare client summaries, and translate.
You're our perfect match if you:
- Have proven IT project management and pre-sale experience with international clients.
- Are a pro at requirements gathering, decomposition, and user stories.
- Speak German & English (C1).
- Have a robust AI toolkit and can present concrete cases where AI boosted your work.
- Understand Waterfall & Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and have basic UX/UI and architecture knowledge.
Plus:
- Experience with the DACH business etiquette.
- Technical background as a business/system analyst is highly desired.
- PM certifications (PMP, PSM, etc.).
We offer:
