Role Overview

The Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting TPx Agents to drive new business revenue. This role includes managing the agent channel, providing sales enablement, launching new products, and ensuring a productive partnership through ongoing communication and support.

What You Will Do

Train TPx Agents on products, pricing, order process, support procedures, portals, and commission structure. Assist agents with creating, presenting, and closing opportunities with potential customers. Manage and maintain accurate sales funnels and provide weekly/monthly forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience in the MSP industry
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales goals
  • Demonstrated success in selling a variety of telecom products
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
