The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Global Talent Acquisition Organization and will be responsible for all scheduling and completion of tasks assigned as it pertains to the recruiting process lifecycle. Strong attention to detail is essential for the role. This is a temporary contract position that reports to the Supervisor of Recruiting Support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive and confidential candidate information, ensuring compliance with global data privacy standards for all recruitment and onboarding activities

  • Heavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround time

  • Complete tasks assigned, while following internal processes and adhering to deadlines

  • Provide prompt response and updates to stakeholders

  • Initiate offer letters, employment agreements, approval processes, and ensure prompt follow up and communication to Recruiters

  • Administer international background check process

  • Work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverable

  • Provide primary support for the US with potential coverage across Canada and South America

  • Adhoc projects as they arise, which may include support in other regions the company operates in

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience

  • 1+ years of professional experience, with a focus on complex calendar management and scheduling; global administrative experience is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high-touch customer service to internal and external partners

  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads with minimal supervision

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Taleo, is preferred
