We are seeking an ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People team. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level roles across engineering and support functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of LinkedIn Recruiter usage
  • Experience in HR or recruitment, particularly high volume candidate management or talent coordination
  • Proficiency in ATS management
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools LinkedIn, BambooHR etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
