Experienced QA Team Lead to join a growing FinTech product team and drive quality across backend systems and payment-related services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team
  • Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards
  • Coordinate testing across projects and releases
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
  • Perform backend/API testing using Postman & Swagger
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues via Grafana & Kibana
  • Drive QA automation initiatives and increase test coverage
  • Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software testing experience
  • 2+ years of QA leadership experience
  • Strong FinTech domain expertise
  • Experience with Kotlin and Playwright
  • Solid backend/API testing skills
  • Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks
  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools
  • Strong understanding of STLC and QA methodologies
